We are expanding our 121 tutor teams and looking for great people to support teachers within our secondary schools: Working with students aged 11-18, our 121 tutors provide support to students outside of the classroom, either face to face or through a blended approach of face to face and online support once an effective relationship has been established. They help students to build upon their subject knowledge and reach their full potential. Key subject areas include English, Maths and Science. Our support roles work with our teachers to help facilitate student progress. You should be passionate and committed to the role you will undertake and be able to work effectively with young people who may be challenging and vulnerable. We will provide you with a supportive induction and work environment and will offer a range of training to equip you in your role, such as subject specific, behavioural, or numeracy and literacy training. In addition, we will develop your awareness and knowledge of Our roles work school term time only, presenting an attractive option for work – life balance. We can be flexible and offer a range of working hours within our school days up to a total of 37 hours per week, depending upon the school.
